Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using the TAQRIR EMS platform (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a healthcare facility or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with the Master Services Agreement (MSA), Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the MSA shall prevail.

Description Of The Service

TAQRIR provides a digital platform designed to support emergency medical services (EMS), including:

EMS Documentation And Reporting
Operational Workflow Management
Clinical Record Organization
Healthcare Service Coordination

The Platform is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

Account Registration

To access certain features, users must create an account.

Users agree to:

Provide Accurate And Complete Information
Maintain The Confidentiality Of Login Credentials
Notify The Platform Of Any Unauthorized Use

The organization registering the account is responsible for managing user access within the platform.

Authorized Use

Users may use the Platform only for lawful healthcare operations.

Users agree not to:

Misuse The Platform
Upload Unauthorized Or Illegal Content
Attempt To Access Systems Without Authorization
Interfere With Platform Security Or Functionality

Responsibility For Patient Data

Healthcare facilities using the Platform remain responsible for ensuring that patient data is collected and processed in compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.

TAQRIR processes such data only to provide the platform services as defined in the applicable agreements.

Data processing is further governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

AI-Assisted Features

Certain platform features may use artificial intelligence to assist with report structuring or documentation.

Users acknowledge that:

AI Outputs Are Assistive Tools Only
AI-Generated Content Must Be Reviewed By Qualified Personnel
AI Outputs Must Not Be Relied Upon Without Appropriate Human Validation
AI Outputs Do Not Constitute Medical Advice

AI services do not receive patient identifiers and are used solely to assist with report structure.

AI features are optional and may be disabled by the Client at any time.

AI processing is subject to the AI Use Disclosure document.

Fees And Payments

Access to the Platform may require payment of subscription fees.

Billing terms, payment schedules, and renewal conditions will be defined in the applicable Order Form or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by Taqrir Alraqamiya Company.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform during the subscription period.

Suspension And Termination

TAQRIR may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:

The User Violates These Terms
The Service Is Used Unlawfully
Payment Obligations Are Not Fulfilled

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, subject to service levels defined in the applicable agreements.

Limitation Of Liability

The Platform is provided to support healthcare operations.

TAQRIR shall not be liable for:

Medical Decisions Made By Users
Inaccuracies Resulting From User Input
Misuse Of The Platform
Reliance On AI Outputs Without Proper Validation

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions set out in the Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Language

These Terms may be provided in Arabic and English.

In case of any discrepancy, the Arabic version shall prevail.

Updates To The Terms

TAQRIR may update these Terms from time to time.

Users will be notified of significant updates where required.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such updates.
