By accessing or using the TAQRIR EMS platform (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a healthcare facility or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
These Terms shall be read in conjunction with the Master Services Agreement (MSA), Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the MSA shall prevail.
TAQRIR provides a digital platform designed to support emergency medical services (EMS), including:
The Platform is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.
To access certain features, users must create an account.
Users agree to:
The organization registering the account is responsible for managing user access within the platform.
Users may use the Platform only for lawful healthcare operations.
Users agree not to:
Healthcare facilities using the Platform remain responsible for ensuring that patient data is collected and processed in compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
TAQRIR processes such data only to provide the platform services as defined in the applicable agreements.
Data processing is further governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Certain platform features may use artificial intelligence to assist with report structuring or documentation.
Users acknowledge that:
AI services do not receive patient identifiers and are used solely to assist with report structure.
AI features are optional and may be disabled by the Client at any time.
AI processing is subject to the AI Use Disclosure document.
Access to the Platform may require payment of subscription fees.
Billing terms, payment schedules, and renewal conditions will be defined in the applicable Order Form or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by Taqrir Alraqamiya Company.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform during the subscription period.
TAQRIR may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, subject to service levels defined in the applicable agreements.
The Platform is provided to support healthcare operations.
TAQRIR shall not be liable for:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions set out in the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
These Terms may be provided in Arabic and English.
In case of any discrepancy, the Arabic version shall prevail.
TAQRIR may update these Terms from time to time.
Users will be notified of significant updates where required.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such updates.
